William Newton Hospital Auxiliary
Being a member of our Auxiliary affords a stimulating opportunity for social interaction with other dedicated people working together to support our hospital. Men and women of all ages participate in rewarding activities, such as involvement in fundraising events, joining the sewing/crafts group, becoming an in-house volunteer or lending support by paying annual dues. Either way, your membership is vital to the work of our auxiliary.
We are sure you will find many exciting opportunities in our growing organization.
Discover Volunteering
An active, healthy lifestyle keeps you involved with friends and interesting activities. Volunteering allows you to share your enthusiasm and vitality with others.
Volunteers provide an added touch to the professional services of the hospital staff, by providing a unique service for our patients.
If you would like to know more about volunteering at WNH, call the Director of Volunteer Services at 620-222-6230.
VolunTeen Program
The program is for teenagers 14-18 years of age. VolunTeens will enjoy the rewards and experience gained from helping others, have the opportunity to enhance their skills or career interests and meet new people.
VolunTeens are young, eager, bright, and enthusiastic, they give a lift to patients and staff that no one else can supply.
The VolunTeen Program is a six week program that begins in June and ends in July. Interested individuals should contact Cheryl Brock, DVS, at 620-222-6230 for an application or additional information.
