We combine technology with compassion to treat approximately 9,000 patients each year. It is our goal to provide the highest quality of care. In doing so, we are committed to staffing physicians in our emergency department 24/7. It is our goal to provide the best care possible at all times. The ER can be a scary place, especially when you don't know what's going on. This briefly explains the five main steps you will experience when visiting our ER and what to expect during each step.
Zero Tolerance Policy
WNH has adopted a zero tolerance policy for violence to keep our patients, visitors, and staff safe. Acts of violence, swearing, or threats of verbal abuse will NOT be tolerated. Anyone who is violent or abusive will be asked to leave by our staff, security personnel, or police. Thank you for ensuring the safety of our team and all those who enter our facility.
